We want you to love your ride, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return period for all electric bikes in original condition. Please note that all returns must be pre-authorized and are subject to inspection and restocking fees.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Bike
Securely pack the bike in its original factory packaging, including all batteries, keys, chargers, and manuals.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the bike's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
